I love that anyone at any level from a beginner to an advance person can do TRX and get a great workout.

Health and fitness have been a passion of mine for as far as I can remember. I Was Born and raised in Los Angeles California and recently lived in Hawaii for 3 years which played a big part of why I became a personal trainer. While in Hawaii I trained many women and men including those in the service. I created Lovetofitness in Hawaii because I wanted to motivate others to not just exercise to lose weight but to also make it a lifestyle. to be strong and healthy and to learn to love fitness the way that I did.
I am also a mother of 2 wild boys who keep me on my toes all day! so being able to keep up is a must. My training consists of many different styles but I try to customize each session by each client’s specific needs. I’m here for guidance, motivation,mentoring whatever you need and as a specialist in nutrition, I offer meal plans, recipes or tips to all of my clients. I am also a licensed esthetician with a huge love for self-care so I can offer many tips on how to tighten up you skin after losing weight.
