Join a fitness community that is dedicated, motivated, and welcoming. Whether you’re staying active or knocking out goals, we are here to support you. 

Memberships

$45- 5-Class Pass (expires within 45 days).

$75- 10- Class Pass (expires within 60 days)

$99 - Unlimited group classes (includes Strength Training, Pop up classes, Kettle Bell AMPD).

$80 - Unlimited with AUTOPAY

$150 - 6-Week Sessions. Stay motivated by ahead for 6 weeks of unlimited classes. Tip: Buy you pass then go book your classes ahead of time. Virtuagym has a schedule to remind you of the classes you booked!! Perfect for anybody wanting to do 3 or more classes a week.

Classes

Mom Strong Fitness offers a variety of classes to fit your needs, keep you engaged, and help you hit all of your fitness goals! 

Mom Strong Fitness classes are child-friendly classes! We have a playroom, so you are welcome to bring your children to all classes unless otherwise stated (mainly only for special events). Children welcome, but not required!! So if you are just looking for a supportive small-group environment we encourage you to visit us at Mom Strong Fitness. 

Please note that with children present safety is very important to us. We do not have heavy weights or machinery, but we do move around a lot in class. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children and others.
