Barre with Sonya

Join us for a special Barre pop-up class!! Sonya Allahyari will be leading us in this "No Barre Barre" class where we will work on our mats, standing, and using a wall if needed. 
Barre uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and pilates. The barre method focuses on balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. 
This class can also be baby carrier friendly!! Kids welcome to play in the playroom if needed. 

Because this is a "Pop-up" Class it is priced individually: 
$7 Drop-In or
$5 for members (anyone holding a class pass, membership, or challenge spot with Mom Strong Fitness).
