Weight training Workshop info: May 5th & 19th 12:00pm-1:30pm both days. You may attend just one day, however it is recommend to attend both days to benefit the most from this training. 
These workshops will be split into Upper-body/Core & Lower-body/Core. 
There will be an emphasis on proper posture, form, breathing, and how to safely increase weight! 
Workshop led by Kevin Proschold of Fitness Essentials!! Both Men and Women are welcome! Please fill out a registration per person. 
$30 per workshop.... it is highly recommended that you attend both to get the full training!!
