Baby Wearing fitness classes are a great way to fit in fitness while safely wearing your baby and performing your exercises. Class types would include: Barre, functional exercise, and dance. All taught by number of instructors at our gym, giving you a variety of workouts. This “mommy and me” style workout encourages moms to use a baby carrier, however their may be times where we take our workout to the floor and let baby lay, sit, or play for a few minutes. We will discuss proper posture, pelvic floor placement, and movement while baby wearing and working out. There is no age limit for this class, as long as you are cleared by your doctor to begin working out, you are welcome to join. Further, if you practicing baby wearing with your toddler you are welcome to join us… get ready to sweat with that extra weight!! You always have the option of letting them get down and play in our playroom if you need a break.
