Mom's Class

Mom’s class offers a fun and energetic environment for both mom and children. The workouts are always changing! We do HIIT workouts, weights, resistance training, agility training, fine toning, circuit training, and partner/team workouts!! These workouts are between 30-40 minutes, depending on the little ones. We have a playroom and baby area, so children are welcome to join mom in class.

Although family-friendly anyone is welcome to join us in this class! Children, but not required!
